My focus is practical: better decisions, healthier systems, and leadership that holds under pressure. I am a leadership and strategy partner with 20+ years diverse experience advising executives and boards across public and private sector teams; Infrastructure, Defence, Energy, Science, Health, Aviation, Multilateral development banking and Higher education on large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, and capability development.
Clients have engaged me as an advisor delivering workforce strategy, governance-aligned frameworks, at scale across complex, regulated, and international environments. Clients have engaged me as a leadership coach.
About me
I bring diverse experience from an early career as a Field Psychologist in the New Zealand Army, to leadership roles in the corporate sector, organisational development in Asia-Pacific region, leading a human capital consulting team and coaching in the Middle East and more recently establishing my coaching and strategic partnering practice back in Aotearoa-New Zealand. With extensive experience in organisational design, leadership coaching, executive assessment and talent management, I specialise in working with managers on a trajectory of transition.
In my own time, I'm an actor, archer, angler and serve on several community and professional committees.
